i do not want to play games ...i want this card to play HD videos my TV is only goes up to 720P HD ...and i want audio from the HDMI .so i do not need more cables every thing is done with a one cable|||Since you do not play games, you can go for a cheap low end graphic card such as ATi Hd 4350 which has a HDMI port (with 7.1 audio output). This card would be more than enough for HD video playback.
Cost of ATi HD 4350 = USD 49 or less
If you want to spend more on a graphics card (in case you want to do some video editing), you can go for a ATi HD 4670 which cost around $79.
If you prefer nvidia, you can also go for a Geforce 9400gt.
