Can a Radeon 7000 Series (RV100) video card be used to connect an analog tv as monitor?

I've got a an analog tv (coaxial and 3 RCA ports) i want to connect my pc which has a Radeon 7000 Series (RV100) video card

can i use a VGA to component RCA adapter cable to put my desktop on my big screen?
