I have recently bought an s-video lead to connect my PC to my TV. I configured my NVIDIA graphics card (GeForce 6200) to set up multiple displays, and everything worked fine.
But I have lines of flicker that constantly travel upwards through my TV Screen. I have tested my laptop which is slightly newer, and the flicker is reduced.
Does this mean I should replace my graphics card?
Or is it just a bad connection?
Thanks!|||HI, This happens becouse your TV set is only running at 625 line where as your PC can run much faster and there fore you tv cannot cope so try's to compensate. usually a PC is not connected in thei way. It is far better to connect it via a USB SCART interface for a much better pic or obtain a propper monitor save you all the hassle.
Hope this helps
Dr K.I.A.|||hi, before you change graphics card. try on desktop(right click) > properties > settings > advanced > monitor > change refresh rate to higher. thank you
