PC to TV: How can I watch videos played on a PC with TV Card (w/o video card) on a TV?

Pls tell me the step-by step procedures.

I already have a S-Video Cable and Compro Videomate TV PVR/FM |||Double click :). I dont think you can play it on an analog TV, maybe digital and it is called monitor and play it full screen.
