Do I have to have a special video card for my pc to hook it up the an LCD tv?

My PC and LCD tv both have an RGB hookup. The PC video card is an integrated one (Intel® GMA 950). I'm not sure if the video card has to have a special tv-output to work. I'm planning on using a vga cord (SXGA)...I just want to be certain it will work before I buy the vga cord. Thanks...|||If they both have the same connectors then there is absolutely no problem in hooking them up.
