How can I use my PC to play video in a 30' CRT TV?

I have an ATI Radeon X300 graphic card.



Or if i buy a USB Digital Tuner with a port to connect to TV, can I use that to connect to TV but watch other video files stored in the PC? Or the digital tuner can just play signals received from the antenna??



Or else What should I do?|||yes, if your video card have a "video out".
